On May 25, 1961, President John F. Kennedy challenged Americans to put a man on the moon
by the end of the decade. Neil Armstrong was the first human to step on the moon on July 20, 1969.
There is no wind on the Moon, so the
American flag had to be braced by rods.
No wind + no water = no erosion. This footprint
